The technician arrived within the first hour, he was polite and respectful of my home. He showed a vast knowledge of my HVAC system and was eager to answer questions and share his knowledge. I am very satisfied with my system and King Heating and Cooling.

I received the best service from Nick Mejia on Sunday, 2/16/2025. Nick Mejia fixed the big problem “Gas Leaking” and saved my life.The “Gas Leaking” created by one plumber from King Heating, Colling & Plumbing on Friday, 2/14/2025. The plumber came to fix the Water Heater but created the “Gas Linking”. I had to call Wilmette Fire Department come to my house on Saturday, 2/15/2025 to check the “Gas Leaking” and Fire Department checked and saw the ‘big Gas Leaking in my house’. The Fire Department had to shut down the Water Heater on Saturday so I can stay alive. Nick Mejia called me on Saturday, 2/15/2025 and he said he could come to check my house around 5:00pm. I told him to come on Sunday, 2/16/2025 morning to check out the Water Heater. Nick came on Sunday, 2/16/2025 around 9:00am and he checked the Water Heater and he showed me he did see the “Gas Leaking”. I am very luck to have Nick Mejia came to fix the gad leaking and turned on the Water heater. Th Water Heater is working correctly now. I wanted to say “Big Thank you to Nick Mejia to save my life”. He is an excellent plumber and he knows how to check the problem and fix the problem. This is a big lesson learned for everyone. Because if I did not go out on Saturday morning then I would not find the “Gas Leaking” inside the house and probably caused my life to the death.
